An organizational home for research
TokenWorks Research Studio is designed around the work research teams do together: defining projects, coordinating people, tracking tasks, organizing resources, and reviewing evidence. It is a separate organizational product, alongside the Library’s personal discovery and investigation environment.
Keep the work connected
Project and task workflows give research teams a shared place to coordinate activity. Resources and evidence-linked review connect the materials under discussion with the decisions a team needs to make. Organizational permissions continue to govern access to protected records and uploaded materials. Public product examples use illustrative data; they do not expose customer projects.
Managed knowledge infrastructure has its own release boundary
Research Workspace and Workspace + Managed Wikibase are distinct offerings. The base workspace does not include a managed Wikibase. The managed offering describes native Wikibase editing and bounded, schema-configured forms and catalogue previews. Managed hosting remains demo and request-access only in the current public product description. It should not be presented as generally available self-service hosting.
Explore before choosing
The Studio site explains product scope and available examples. Checkout eligibility and service readiness are controlled separately from the presence of a public showcase. Researchers evaluating a team workflow can explore those examples and contact TokenWorks about requirements, rather than assuming every advertised service is operationally enabled for their organization.
